More than a practice facility, it’s a place where personalized coaching, measurable feedback, and purposeful training come together to help golfers reach their potential.

TECHNOLOGY THAT DRIVES IMPROVEMENT

Advanced technology provides valuable insight into how you move, swing, and deliver the club. At Marc Rosa Golf Performance, these tools help identify opportunities for improvement, guide personalized coaching, and measure progress over time.

TRACKMAN — SWING, BALL FLIGHT & 3D MOTION ANALYSIS

TrackMan combines precise club and ball flight measurements with advanced markerless 3D Motion Analysis, providing a detailed understanding of how your body moves and delivers the club throughout the golf swing.

By connecting body movement, swing mechanics, and ball flight, we can identify opportunities for improvement and develop personalized adjustments that lead to more efficient, consistent performance on the course.

SMART2MOVE — GROUND REACTION FORCE ANALYSIS

Smart2Move Dual 3D Force Plates measure how golfers interact with the ground throughout the swing, providing insight into pressure shifts, weight transfer, balance, and ground reaction forces.

Understanding how you generate and apply force helps us identify opportunities to improve sequencing, efficiency, stability, and power. Combined with swing and ball flight analysis, this information allows us to develop more effective, individualized improvements.

K-MOTION — 3D SWING ANALYSIS

K-Motion uses wearable 3D motion sensors to measure how the pelvis, torso, and upper body move throughout the golf swing, providing detailed insight into rotation, posture, and movement sequencing.

By identifying how different body segments work together, we can better understand swing patterns and develop personalized improvements that promote more efficient movement, consistency, and speed.

BEYOND THE GOLF SWING

Improving your golf game involves more than changing your swing. Through physical assessments, mobility training, and golf-specific strength and conditioning, we identify how your body moves and develop strategies to help you move better, generate more speed, and perform more consistently.

TPI — PHYSICAL ASSESSMENT & MOBILITY

Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) assessments help identify physical limitations that may influence your golf swing, including mobility, stability, balance, and movement patterns.

By understanding how your body moves, we can develop individualized exercises and coaching strategies to improve movement efficiency, address physical limitations, and support long-term golf performance.

GOLF FITNESS & PHYSICAL PERFORMANCE

Our golf performance gym complements the coaching experience by providing space and equipment to explore mobility, stability, strength, and rotational power as they relate to the golf swing.

When appropriate, physical assessments and golf-specific exercises help golfers better understand their movement capabilities and identify areas for improvement. This approach connects physical performance with more efficient swing mechanics, increased speed, and long-term development.
